Shipping & Returns

Hi human! So, you're wondering about shipping and our return policies! You've come to the right place. 

SHIPPING: 

All apparel and accessories orders are fulfilled within 3-5 days, sometimes less if we're able to! You will choose your preferred shipping method at checkout. The only item that currently could potentially take longer is the cat sponsorships as it takes us a bit of time to take your unique polaroid and have your kitty write you your letter. If you can imagine, it isn't easy for a cat to write! Those can take up to 7 days. 

We are a small, family owned and operated business with a mission to help cats and make people happy. For that reason, we are incredibly grateful for your order and if you need to exchange something, please email us at shop@cattherapysb.com and we'll assist you ASAP! We do ask you to please use our sizing charts before ordering to minimize chances of returns because returns are actually really expensive for us to do. Thank you!
